From Captain Ehrlich, SFPD Park Station

"Today at Grove & Central around 1pm we had a shooting. The shooter
with a semiautomatic aimed from the front door of the Lily's BBQ
toward the victims standing outside Newbills Barber Shop. One person
was shot in the rear and should be out of SFGH soon. Preliminarily it
looks like the victim may have been targeted."
