BASA Collective building permit
NOPNA has received notice that the Bay Area Safe Alternatives Collective (BASA Collective) at Grove & Divisadero has applied for their building permit as required by the City's medical cannabis dispensary regulations passed last year. Their hearing in scheduled for March 1st. A PDF of the permit is available here.
