Interesting article...fear of gentrification and changing the character of the neighborhood.
What, you kidding me? This area begs for economic revitalization and Divisadero St needs more businesses, not saying Starbucks or a Banana Republic store needs to be planted here. Enough with the nail salons, 20-something bars, corner liquor
stores, and greasy eateries!
We need more housing here and maybe sure, new blood to push this neighborhood into a more dynamic and more safer area.
