The Bank of America construction:
- rumor is that it'll be another 18 months of construction work before things quiet down and people and businesses start moving in at Broderick and Fell.


Baker and Fulton remodel:
There's a sign up at the corner of Baker and Fulton, on the building that once housed a convienence store and has been under construction for what, more than a year now? The sign says, 'coming soon' and refers to a new 'tex-mex' sort of place. We'll see how that is received

Hicks Temple, Baker and Grove:
Bought by Pacific Primary?? wow. looks like the little school is moving on up, to the other side of the street. I'm sure that'll take a couple years though.
